Our mission is to provide solid property investment alternatives in commercial real estate to investors who do not want to be actively involved in its daily management. We strive to optimize returns and appreciation through efficient asset management. We specialize in offering consistent annual returns plus important property appreciation in commercial real estate assets carefully selected in specific locations within the southeastern US.
To ensure the privacy and protection of your property investment, the asset will be owned by an LLC that we will setup with you (or those whom you decide) as only shareholders. Our consultants will setup the legal and accounting structures to protect your assets from internal as well as external threats as well as to minimize taxes on returns.
Our job is to represent you, our client, at all times, from the moment in which we are bound by the contract of representation, through the search, analysis, negotiations, and property purchase, as well as through the process of managing your asset and up to its sale. Our only fiduciary responsibility is to protect you and your investment and to ensure we maximize your returns according to your wishes and instructions. Our income depends exclusively on your returns and our growth depends entirely on your recomendations.
