Our mission is to provide solid property investment alternatives in commercial real estate to investors who do not want to be actively involved in its daily management. We strive to optimize returns and appreciation through efficient asset management. We specialize in offering consistent annual returns plus important property appreciation in commercial real estate assets carefully selected in specific locations within the southeastern US. 

To ensure the privacy and protection of your property investment, the asset will be owned by an LLC that we will setup with you (or those whom you decide) as only shareholders. Our consultants will setup the legal and accounting structures to protect your assets from internal as well as external threats as well as to minimize taxes on returns.

Our job is to represent you, our client, at all times, from the moment in which we are bound by the contract of representation, through the search, analysis, negotiations, and property purchase, as well as through the process of managing your asset and up to its sale. Our only fiduciary responsibility is to protect you and your investment and to ensure we maximize your returns according to your wishes and instructions. Our income depends exclusively on your returns and our growth depends entirely on your recomendations.

The economic downturn began with the mortgage, real estate and construction crisis in the USA in 2007and has expanded throughout the globe into all industries and financial areas. 

One of the most affected areas has been the financial industry as a whole, which has led to an exceptional credit crunch, which has in turn has afected the commercial real estate industry which depends strongly on credit to survive and thrive.

This extraordinary state of the commercial real estate market, combining falling prices with lack of financing, creates once in a lifetime opportunities. 

Right now you can achieve net annual returns between 9 and 12%, after deducting SPI fees. When we compare these returns from normal gross market yields of 5-7% from rents, we can see why now is the time to invest.

The current economic climate presents an ideal moment to invest. When we add the expected property appreciation of 25-50% after an average of five years, the total returns for the investment is expected to be 70-110%. This is equivalent to 14-22% annualized return with the security of owning real estate in the USA.
